RED FLAG was started by Grant Barbeito after his dear friend Alexander Stickelberger lost his home in the Sagamore neighborhood of Superior, Colorado, on December 30th, 2021. Once Grant witnessed the destruction of what the Marshall Fire did to his friend, his two young boys, their home, all of their possessions, their neighborhood, and their surrounding communities, it became obvious that this was more than a news story. To have a lasting impact, a film project needed to be developed. More than the documentation of Colorado's most destructive fire, The Red Flag Project is a 10 Part series that captures and shares people coming together to help those in need, rising from the ashes to rebuild entire lives, and educating others so that this sort of fire catastrophe can be avoided in the future.
Red Flag wouldn't be possible without the support of local businesses, corporate partners, and upstanding citizens who want to make a difference. We would be extremely grateful if you help make this impactful project come to fruition.
Your support and contributions will enable us to tell stories and help prevent fires in Colorado and California. Your generous donation will fund our mission and perhaps save lives!
